I made my first visit to Angelini last week for lunch and found it was fully booked even during the outbreak of coronavirus. I think Angelini has some sort of magic. I was having vegetarian week, o I pick those veggie dishes from the lunch menu. La Burrata:The appearance of the burrata cheese is extremely appealing. La Burrata:
The appearance of the burrata cheese is extremely appealing. The pouch was already halved and let soft and curd-liked cheese flowing out of the skin. Gracefully seasoned by coarse black salt, sun-dried cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce, the taste was so well-balanced and the burrata is very fresh. It entirely fulfilled the purpose of an appetizer. Literally, this dish turns me into a huge fan of burrata cheese.
Tagliolini:
The tagliolini was perfectly handmade and cooked with texture just right, which I believe this is an authentic version of tagliolini. The thin-sliced Norcia black truffle fully topped the pasta paired with the thick, creamy white sauce. One of the best in the town. Luscious!
Very savory dishes and pleasant decoration For sure I will visit Angelini soon again and continue to exploration of its magic!
