Every time I come here, there is something new to try!!!!!!This time, the surprise had to be the peanut tofu which is made from peanuts and not soy beans.Beside the tofu block were these huge looking beansprouts~!!The beansprout like giants are actually sprouted from peanuts!!!!!!!Apart from the size, they tasted like normal bean sprouts and the curd was deliciously complimented by the sauces.Although this dish isn't launched for Halloween, I feel that it would make a Halloween dish.Next was the

Next was the maple salmon which was glazed with a beautiful autumn colour.
It was sweet with a lovely maple taste and the kale beneath it was scrumptious.
The efu noodles were a bit too creamy for my liking.
Finished with the Sichuan style bloody mary and black sesame cocktail.
Can't wait to see their what they have in store next time!
