While waiting for everyone's arrival, wine is a must for me. They have a good collection of red, white, or rose for you to choose. The mozarella was fresh and almost milky. The almost melting cheese was soft and creamy in texture, a great compliement with the mixed greens underneath.

Brussel sprouts has been one of my favourite veggie to enjoy and I really like that it is very high in nutrition content. The pickled red cabbage on top has a sour taste, balanced out with the earthy yet soft boiled new potato and tangy brussel sprouts.

Just a simple seafood dish that contains a few pieces of perfectly cooked scallops. Each piece was soft and moist in texture, and fresh in taste.

My friend highly recommended this dish to my and she was not wrong! It was simply fork-break. The super succulent ribs was juicy after being marinated and sous-vide for long hours. The sweet and savoury taste was just perfectly balanced with each other. The finger licking goodness was best to go with a glass of red wine.

Since we like their thin cut McD-liked fries so much, we have ordered a serving of fries with truffle mayo sauce. It was just evilish but enjoyable.

The linguine was cooked to just the right doneness. The al dente pasta was coating with a layer of flavourful lobster seafood sauce. The prominent sea water savoury taste was long lasting and strong, just a perfect way to keep the mood swinging.

Rib eye is also one of the most favourited main dish to order. The steak was soft in texture and most importantly, the beef flavour was over the top. The powerful beef flavour was just something I really into. The charred and crispy surface matches nicely with the pink meat in the middle.
Besides, they serve the steak on a heated skillet to maintain its warm tempreture which is something I really appreciate as I am a slow eater.

The steak also comes with a re-fillable fries which is also served on the a heater skillet. I liked to dip it into the truffle mayo sauce I had earlier!

At last, we just couldn't miss out on the dessert, so we have ordered this interesting cake which is made with spicy chili and dark chocolate. The silky texture embraces a hint of spicy kick yet not too overpowering, while the chocolate bittersweet aftertaste remained noticeable.
