Situated in the quiet area of the western district near HKU, Ethos located itself on Hill Road, slightly off the main road (Bonham Road) to give it a quiet and peaceful environment. It was around noon time when my friend and I arrived at the cafe. We were immediately seated by the window. We were lucky because the cafe was quickly filled up around 1. There were quite bit of choices on the menu, all looks yummy! I got myself a Prosciutto Panino + a Cappuccino, and my friend got an All Day Breakfa
It was around noon time when my friend and I arrived at the cafe. We were immediately seated by the window. We were lucky because the cafe was quickly filled up around 1. There were quite bit of choices on the menu, all looks yummy! I got myself a Prosciutto Panino + a Cappuccino, and my friend got an All Day Breakfast with Flat White.
The Prosciutto Panino was delish! The bread was perfectly toasted, with thin slices of prosciutto, right amount of mozarella, and sauteed red peppers to give a little sweetness and crunchiness to the sandwich. The cappuccino had just done right! love it, no hint of sourness and right balance of milk, foam, and espresso. The All Day Breakfast had a little bit of everything, the proteins, the eggs, the veggies, and the carbs. Loved their fries! fresh, crispy, and not oily at all!

Overall, I think Ethos is a great place to chill. Great coffee, great food, and great service! Definitely for those who loves coffee, and enjoys a chillaxing day.
