It is rarely seen a restaurant mostly serving mixed noodle. Seeing the crowds inside, I guess the quality possibly guaranteed. I was lucky to grab a seat within the crowds. Restaurant was in simple interior with a visible window kitchen. I ordered their mixed noodle deal, marinated pork with spicy biang biang noodle, fungus with spicy sauce as sides. I ordered their mixed noodle deal, marinated pork with spicy biang biang noodle, fungus with spicy sauce as sides. For drinks, I ordered Longan and Winter melon tea.
Noodle was soft and in massive portion. Flat noodle was sticky if not well mix with the sauce immediately. Meat was tender and well marinated. Sauce was thick with a hint of a spicy kick. It was pretty filling and heavy if finishing the whole. It will be appreciated if noodle more on el dante side.
Black fungus was pretty nice. Crunchy and well marinated again. Not too oily with a balance of acidity and spiciness.
Longan and Winter melon tea was a right choice pairing with spicy food. Perfect to relief the spiciness and numbness from your mouth and thus cool you down from the heat outside the store. Not as sweet, not bad!
Overall, not bad!
