Went to CitySuper and they do not have the Welsh lamb chop. Then I have decided to order from Fringe since their supply is steady. Made a phone order and pick up the food at 4:30pm. The waiter was very nice and I have order 4 cherrystone in addition. Frankly speaking, Fringe's cheerystone by far is the best I have had in HK. Big and fresh and thou not a lot of people will appreciated it. The waiter was very nice and teach me precisely how to cook the lamb chop. Once again, it is a wonderful expe
