I went back to NYF to try another fries, this time I had Poutine. Poutins is fries topped with pieces of melting cheese and gravy sauce. They pour the hot gravy sauce on the small pieces of cheese an melting them on top of the thickly sliced signatured fries. Here is the bit that I LOVE.
