Attracted by Their Ice Cream

Saw their ice cream sandwiches on openrice and wanted to try as we just happened to pass by. We ordered quite a number of ice cream scoops/sandwiches to try them out. Also ordered some mains and sides before eating ice cream. A waitress was quite considerate and reminded us if we could finish all the food We had waited for at least 20 min before our orders arrived and had to keep chasing them at least twice because we got another appointment after lunch.The salmon slices were too thin.  The salmon slices were too thin. The onsen egg was good while salads were fresh. But overall this donburi was too dry.

 I think this one was way better and it actually tasted quite delicious! There were quite a lot of tuna poke. The soy made the don taste quite good though my lunch partner complained that it was too salty. The tenkasu (i.e. bits of deep fried flour-batter used in Japanese cuisine) added some crispy texture to the don! Yummy!

 I saw this on openrice and it looked so appealing that I really wanted to try. The blueberry yogurt wasn't sweet at all. In fact I found it a bit not sweet enough. I liked the crispy texture added by the toasted almonds and flakes! Fruits seemed fresh too! It seemed healthy yet yummy!

 I think this one tasted good too with crushed avocado, wasabi and tobiko although the taste of the crab meat had been masked. The salad dressing was nice too, not too oily nor salty, but I couldn't really taste wasabi in the salad.

 There was nothing special, just slightly better than Dairy Farm Taro ice-cream. Portion was huge though! A much bigger scoop than expected! No wonder the waitress reminded us that we might not be able to finish all our orders.

 This one was much better. I really liked the crunchy finish by the flakes & honeycomb! The ice cream was very smooth too!

I think this one was better than the Peanut Gallery below because this one was less fatty with the mango ice-cream. The cookies were also made of nuts too! It was so huge that my mouth wasn't big enough to bite it!

 This one was more fatty. The ice cream really had a strong flavour of peanut butter. The chocolate chip cookies were soft while we preferred something more crispy. The strawberry jam wasn't very outstanding in the sandwich, which was ok because otherwise it could taste pretty weird. 

Although food was in general good, it was indeed quite pricey given that there were a lot of other better choices at lower prices in Causeway Bay. Seating was not so comfortable either because the seats were too hard and tables were very close to each other. I kept hearing the group of students on our next table talking about their project.
