This Sydney-based ice cream store opens it’s first store in Hong Kong! They’re most well-known for their sea salt soft serve, which has the most beautiful aqua-blue colour to it that makes it perfect for photos! — This time, I got to try out their pistachio soft serve, and of course I had to pair this with their signature sea salt ice cream to see what the hype is all about. The sea salt soft serve had the perfect balance of sweet and savoury, with a rich creamy texture to it. Personally thought the pistachio could’ve been stronger as it wasn’t as nutty and rich as I had imagined. Also, I thought the ratio of sea salt to pistachio was a bit off, as there was definitely a lot more of the sea salt flavour. The ice cream base isn’t overly sweet though which is nice. I decided to add a toasted marshmallow which was lightly toasted to give it a nice soft, gooey texture which went well with the savouriness of the ice cream!
