Kanto- cooking (Oden)
The broth of the oden tastes good and it is authentic. It is delicate and clear with the ingredients. It has several types of fish cake. All of it is soft and chewy in a rich flavour. Lovely to have it during winter
Motsunabe
Another seasonal special item It's a hot pot dish made out of beef intestine, tripe, garlic, cabbage, chives, and a spicy pepper. Warm and perfect for winter time. The taste of the dish was beyond our expectation. The beef intestines are soft and chewy.
A5 Wagyu beef on hot stone
Gimmick dishes at a good quality. The A5 Wagyu beef is heavily marbled and looks amazing. The wagyu beef will be grilled on a hot stone at your table. While grilling the sound of the sizzling is so tempting.
