We got the last 3 seats when we walked into the restaurant at 12:15. The place was bright and spacious and filled with the sweet aroma of beef broth. We each ordered a bowl of pho with regular beef and other condiments. Mine had beef balls. The American beef they used was tender and the beef balls were tasty. Noodles very silky and al dente. Soup was flavorful and non-greasy, so all in all this was an excellent bowl of pho. I'd say much better than the others I've had all around HK. The
