Big fan of this place. Went recently and still very good. 1) Jelly fish - I like their balance between aged vinegar one sweetness. And the jelly fish itself is of top quality - got a crisp to it 2) Chicken in chili sauce - authentic flavor w good balance of “Ma La” - chili and Sichuan peppercorn 3) Sliced beef and ox tongue - authentic Sichuan flavor 4)Fish fillet in hot chili oil水煮鱼 - intense aroma of peppercorn and chili 5)Beef rib - very tender and juicy. 7) Stir fry cabbage - quite tasty but the sauce was a bit too wet for me
We reserved the small private room for 4 with min charge of $3,000. So we ordered quite a few appetizers to go to meet the min charge.
