It wouldn’t be a trip to Yinxin without ordering this delectable Roasted Duck in Pipa-style.  The pipa duck was aromatic, predominantly savory, and deliciously crispy on the outside while remaining tender and moist on the inside.

This is the baked fish intestines with egg in a clay dish, and this labour-intense dish has almost disappeared in Hong Kong.  Fish intestines are steamed with egg with deep fried dough and baked in the oven until golden crispy on top.
