After shopping at Pacific Place, my friend and I decided to have dinner at Apinara on second floor of the mall.Apinara is famous for its authentic Thai cuisine and very good service. It is a good place to eat and enjoy drinks with your family and friends. Thai Hainanese chicken with chicken rice and chicken soup is always my favorite dish. The chicken is tender and fresh. Bones are removed to facilitate your enjoyment. Chicken rice is aromatic. Chicken soup with winter melon is nice.
Steamed grey mullet with plum and minced pork soup in stove tray is a heart-warming dish you should try. It is delicious and nutritious. The whole grey mullet simmered in a soup made with assorted Thai herbs, seasonings and minced pork is fresh and has no muddy flavour. The sour and sweet soup is unique and appetising.
We enjoyed our dinner.
