为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Authentic Vietnamese in HK

My Favorite Vietnamese restaurant in HK after having travelled to Vietnam for a over 10 times. This restaurant is by far the most authentic Vietnamese joint in HK I’ve come across that is run and cooked by a Vietnamese chef. The crab meatballs in tomato soup is to die for and the thick noodles with meatball wrapped in leaves in tomato soup is also excellent. The locomotive style beef pho is the best and most authentic in town hands down.
