One of our favourite cheap eats in Sai Kung. Saigon Pho offers a wide range of Vietnamese dishes including rice, pho and snacks. We ordered two bowls of beef Pho, Vietnamese rolls, pork neck and two Ice drip coffee.The store is small so you will have to share tables. During lunch the place is always full as it is a favourite amongst locals.
