Had dinner at Tutto Bene with friends for the first time. We had eaten at its sister restaurant Meglio next door and wanted to try this as well. Our opinon has been confirmed in that both are average at best.The starters (fried calamari, antipasto) were Ok but the mains were disappointing. I ordered veal scallapine and DH the osso bucco. The scaloppine, whilst thin, were two large pieces of meat, whereas i had expected smaller pieces of meat. The sauce was average. The osso bucco was not g
The starters (fried calamari, antipasto) were Ok but the mains were disappointing. I ordered veal scallapine and DH the osso bucco. The scaloppine, whilst thin, were two large pieces of meat, whereas i had expected smaller pieces of meat. The sauce was average. The osso bucco was not great as it was still tough when it should have been melt in the mouth.
Wine list was ok.
Probably wont go back to either restaurant again.
