📍Canton Room 粵軒Situated in Luk Kwok Hotel, Canton Room is famous for its 黯然銷魂飯. Unfortunately it needs preordering so we were not able to try it on the day. We tried their normal cha siu instead and oh my, it was not good. It was really dry and no char bits at all. A below average item. The lesson learnt is to do your research before going if you want good food. We then ordered their 上湯龍蝦煎米粉底. The 上湯 and 煎米粉底 were both good but the lobster wasn’t too fresh 😮‍💨The other dim sum dishes were above
