Had lunch here with my two sisters on a late afternoon. They now have an air-conditioned area, which makes dining there a lot more comfortable than it used to be. I personally like how their foods are served in relatively small portions (personal taste), makes it tastier! We ordered two Fishball Noodles ($29 including cold drink), French Toast ($29 including cold drink) and Vegetable ($10).I had a taste of the fishball noodle and it was decent but nothing special. I had a taste of the fishball noodle and it was decent but nothing special. I've had better, but the fishballs were quite chewy. The portion is quite small but the price including drink is very reasonable.
The french toast was my least favorite out of everything we ordered. When it came, we couldn't help but notice the black bits, probably came from the dirty pan and oil. Didn't look very attractive. The bread was oily and became soggy after a while. The taste was okay but not the texture.
The vegetable was good and reasonably priced.
The restaurant itself provides outside and inside seating and since we sat inside, it was nice and cool after a walk in Sham Shui Po. The service was average, had to repeat a few times to the waitress because she didn't catch what we were ordering. Food came fast as it should and overall, a satisfactory lunch.
Favourite: Fishball Noodles for its price
Not again: French Toast for its bad texture
Come back again? Yes for convenient location after shopping (for DIY materials!) in Sham Shui Po.
