Riso Café (已結業)

I tried the Risotto set dinner tnite, since i missed the one i tried long long ago....see if i can find the taste back. The prawn risotto is just average, a bit too dry, and the prawn and the rice seem seperately cooked, "they just happen on the same dish but dont know each other" , a bit sad...the mango smoothie drink is okay, just lack the "thickness", may be it was over blended...conclusion: average for this price i guess. Anyone knows any italian restaurant makes good risotto?
