Had a really nice dinner with 3 friends, came to 一品 to try their so famous chicken pot. This is my second visit, after so much practice of spicy, I could finally try their 小辣We ordered a mix, chicken with 牛杂. Chicken pot boiled up to boiling point and we dug in to eat. The sauce was only a little bit spicy, and had a rather sweet after taste. But as we ate on, the pot became more and more spicy, but it was really good! the spice and flavours of the chicken starts bursting out. Chicken was tender

We ordered a mix, chicken with 牛杂. Chicken pot boiled up to boiling point and we dug in to eat. The sauce was only a little bit spicy, and had a rather sweet after taste. But as we ate on, the pot became more and more spicy, but it was really good! 
the spice and flavours of the chicken starts bursting out. Chicken was tender and has absorbed all the sauce in its meat and skin, so every bite had the spices. 
 Also the 牛杂 has soaked all the sauce within the fibres, so each bite just bursted with flavours.

After we have finished the chicken and 牛杂, we poured in the chicken broth and it become just any regular hotpot with a small spice from the chicken. But the highlight was definiately the chicken pot, the main hero of the dish and I think they did a wonderful job!

Will definietly come back and recommend!
