Perfect bowl of noodle soup. Nice quality beef tenderloin peppered then seared nice and rare, sprinkled with dried shrimp. Fluffy, light (must have been egg) noodles in a rich broth. Not sure if I ate it right but mixed it all together and it was delicious!! They have 3 types of soups: ham, shrimp and spicy.
