Babacio on Wyndtham Street has been a long-standing popular pizzeria amongst locals for their yummy pizzas and handmade pasta. After 2 years of operation, they have opened a new casual eatery in Lan Kwai Fong at the beginning of April.Loved the Caprese saiad 🌿🍅🧀, the burrata was super duper creamy. Size is perfect for 2. The pizza 🍕, also Babacio’s signature was undeniably good, Boscaiola comprises of mushroom 🍄, cooked ham 🐷, and bufala 🧀, ie. Mozzarella, the crust was fantastic, the pillowy and chewy in one, as well as the cheese-loaded base 🤤.
The gelato 🍨 brought the meal to a high note. The chocolate flavour was really intense, it was rich and super indulging, whilst the pistachio has a hint of umami to it, but it wasn’t too overwhelming, enjoyed it to bits! It’s the perfect flavour for those who wants something less sweet. Would love to try the Babacio exclusive flavour at the Babacio branch next time😎
Ooh.. one more thing, they have alcoholic free cider, which settled my cider cravings without the need to consume alcohol 😅
