It's been a while since I last had 车仔面. Ordered vermicelli noodles with beef brisket soup base. I chose the sides: uni fishball, chicken wings, pork blood and soft boiled egg. The noodles cooked to perfection and the egg was amongst my favourite. The egg filling was perfectly done with a creamy filling. Will definitely be back for more.
