The owner is quite rude...I entered the restaurant but no one here to serve so I just sit down with my friend.And suddenly the owner said if you got no reservation you can’t sit here. You can’t just sit at the table without asking. The whole conversation is very embarrassing. I told him there’s no one to wait on us but he said we should say hi to the staff inside first ...There’s no reservation stand on any tables and I feel like the owner doesn’t wanna serve us so we just leave. There’s no reservation stand on any tables and I feel like the owner doesn’t wanna serve us so we just leave.
Even the owner smilies all the way, the wordings he used are quite inappropriate. I work in a service industry as well so I believe that the way he serves customers is quite unacceptable.
