This is the first time I visited this venue. The cashier took order from my friend, and when it was my turn to order , the other guy at the back of the counter asked the cashier not to take orders anymore and asked everyone to use QR code to order. However I encountered some difficulties ordering through the QR code. So I softly asked the cashier to take order from me by explaining to her. However the guy at the back of the counter said to me in a very bad manner (as if I was asking for free foo

The cashier took order from my friend, and when it was my turn to order , the other guy at the back of the counter asked the cashier not to take orders anymore and asked everyone to use QR code to order. However I encountered some difficulties ordering through the QR code. So I softly asked the cashier to take order from me by explaining to her. However the guy at the back of the counter said to me in a very bad manner (as if I was asking for free food) that I can only order by QR code and they will not take any orders other ways.
Why do I need to suffer from that attitude ? There are so many other food stalls there which are willing to take orders the traditional way. I had left this food stall and never wish to return.
