Having visited this place over 10 years. used to be having good service and good food here.Majority of the front line staff changed,all young and inexperience one, only one or two familiar chefs left. luckily that the chef Wah serving us that night are familiar and grilling standard can be kept.We ordered the chutoro cause we don't love too fatty but the waiter only giving us the ootoro cause i think he don't know the food type at all and of course he didn't ask!For the food, sashimi and sushi a

For the food, sashimi and sushi always keep the standard but this time even worst even though they provide bigger size to compensate. Tempura is a bit hard...for barbecue foods the bubble fish and cod fish are always the best here,but i found the food ingredient quality has dropped or maybe only that evening? taste is still good.
For the service,the previous staffs would interact with us initiative but now there are only new staff left who do not know the menu and services at all,no one refill the tea and take back the plate...etc which is not much different from a local restaurant 茶餐厅 expect pricing.
I think i rather reduce visit time or choice not going there anymore 😡😡😡
