bad food! bad service!

We went there on Sat 1500 for a late lunch. First of all, the manager had a real attuitude problem. (we think he is the manager because he is not in uniform) Firstly, he asked if we made any reservation. What? Reservation at 1500 at a noodle shop?!! He has bad attitude not just to us and to other customers as well. A teenager and his mom wanted to switch seats. He has bad attitude not just to us and to other customers as well. A teenager and his mom wanted to switch seats. The manager said that other seats were reserved...At that time, the place was half empty. The manager also stared at (or 睥 )the young guy twice with a hostile look.
We ordered Seafood laksa, Ton Yim Kung Noodle and papaya salad. All the food are below our expectation. (we did not expect a lot for a late lunch). Ton Yim Kung did not taste neither spicy nor sour. The soup of the seafood laksa is totally tasteless and the shriimp is not fresh.
Finally, we asked for check and of course, we did not get it and needed to wait more than 10 min before we walked out to the cash register.....
