Bad, really bad

Went there tonight to try their Peking Duck. Booked table at 7:30, doesn't need to wait which is a good thing. The environment wasn't too bad, pretty clean and standard. However, the remaining experience ruined our dinner mood. The service was slow and really bad. We had to call the waiter twice to fill up the hot water, and they didn't even fill it up fully. When we want to change our plates, I had to go do it myself because it's just faster. There were only like 3-4 waiters working tonight, ev

Went there tonight to try their Peking Duck. Booked table at 7:30, doesn't need to wait which is a good thing. The environment wasn't too bad, pretty clean and standard. However, the remaining experience ruined our dinner mood. The service was slow and really bad. We had to call the waiter twice to fill up the hot water, and they didn't even fill it up fully. When we want to change our plates, I had to go do it myself because it's just faster. There were only like 3-4 waiters working tonight, even though it's not full house, but only this many on 1/1?

The food is not as good too. Other than the Peking duck we also ordered a 一品煲. Interestingly it's not even hot when it came! It's just warm with a little bit of steam coming out. We had to tell them to reheat the pot after we are done with the duck. Overall it's just not very Maxim.
