The waiter's service is bad. Although there were 3 waiters in the restaurant, no one entertain me when I wave my hand. When I stop a waiter who is passing by without any dish on his hands, he told me he cannot take my order and asked me wait to the other waiter to serve me. I told him I just wanted a cup of hot water first, and then I waited for 7 minutes to get a cup of warm water. There were no paper tissue and no fork or spoon set on my table, when I asked another waiter to set the table

There were no paper tissue and no fork or spoon set on my table, when I asked another waiter to set the table, again he just asked me to wait. As a restaurant in Times Square, the food are expensive, but I cannot believe the services are so bad.
