I booked a table through Eatigo and upon arrival I realized there is designated sitting area for all Eatigo reservations. I booked a table through Eatigo and upon arrival I realized there is designated sitting area for all Eatigo reservations. I requested twice to adjust the air condition to higher temperature without being taking care of.

I had dinner with good experience two weeks ago, booking directly with the restaurant so I’d like to go back.

I ordered pig knucke which was amazing last time but I was told they do not have in stock. Then I ordered ox tail, no stock and foie gras with black truffle linguine, again no stock. I was totally disappointed!!!

The explanation of the manager is that this is the third day of the public holidays and some of the food have run out of stock. This is unbelievable because pig knuckle is put in the first row of the main course menu.

The first serving comes with the pasta but not the appetizer. I checked with the manager that we do not have the appetizer yet. His reply is: you have not requested to serve with appetizer first when you made the order - OMG!!!

We had ordered 3 appetizers and 7 main courses in total. It took us 2 hrs 15 mins without having all main courses being served. We had chased twice but manager has to check with us which orders were missing. It is a chaos in the management of food order and the serving, there seem no coordination between the kitchen staff and the serving team.

What a disaster in the management esp the manager has never apologized, and of course he won’t, he mentioned appetizers and main courses usually served at the same time!

We have taken two courses only as I do not want to wait for another half an hr or so for the dessert so I cancelled the order.

I do not mind staying long for dinner if it is a 4 or 5+ courses dinner. This is absolutely one of the worst dinner experience I had! Staying in a cold venue, with extremely slow food serving, and bad service.

To be fair to the chef, the food is totally fine, but bad management!
