My friend was half way finishing her meal and a waiter came to our table and without asking took her plates away. She was still eating at that time. That was really rude of the waiter. Another thing is that it was our friend’s birthday and we planned to surprise her with a dessert. We already mentioned to the reception that it was a surprise and we want her name on the dessert. So after we finished our mains, we were expecting the dessert to come right after. As we only have an hour lunch time a
Another thing is that it was our friend’s birthday and we planned to surprise her with a dessert. We already mentioned to the reception that it was a surprise and we want her name on the dessert. So after we finished our mains, we were expecting the dessert to come right after. As we only have an hour lunch time and the restaurant was not full/busy at that time, so we waited and waited, a few waiters came by and asked if we ordered desserts, which we repeatedly said we did and it was also quite embarrassing as it was supposed to be a surprise.
Anyway so we waited another 20mins, still there was no dessert. In the end, we had to cancel our dessert and left with utter disappointment.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experience and would not recommend.
