Bad service excellent food

We were very impressed with the food however the service is unbelievably poor. One of the staff dropped the mayo and it splashed all over me, my white jacket, silk blouse and trousers. I actually wasnt that angry until the staff was ignoring it and the manager's attitude acted like its just a small deal, they can send my clothes to laundry?! Firstly I told him I dun live in HK, 2nd I cant remove all my clothes ?!!!I told them I wasnt happy, the GM came to me and the first thing he said was 'So,

Firstly I told him I dun live in HK, 2nd I cant remove all my clothes ?!!!I told them I wasnt happy, the GM came to me and the first thing he said was 'So, show me the spot on your jacket' then he started to speak very loud n argue with us, he goes 'its just an accident, we didnt do this on purposes' 'we can offer you some dessert or discount for u, what'd u like?' Haha thats ridiculous, as you'll never ask your guest if they want discount?!!!! Very disappointed with the service and how they deal with such a small problem. Very bad experience, my 3 other friends and I will never came back to this restaurant.
