I book a table via email mail which worked perfectly alright. I also remarked that we're vegetarians and they still remembered and directly showed us the vegetarian dishes when we arrived.You take a ferry (only running from pier to restaurant and back, of course for free) to get there which is really convenient! Inside the restaurant/boat it is really elegant and stylish! At least there are two different restaurants (Dragon Court is the more expensive one because more exclusive, we didn't know and ended up there). It was Wednesday 8 pm and the restaurant was nearly empty as shown below.
So far so good. The food was good, nothing too special and in my opinion even definitely not worth 200$ each (only vegetarian ones ) but yeah... You pay for the atmosphere...

Well...now the reasons we actually really didn't like it:
- The service offered us two vegetarian dishes which cannot be found regularly on the menu. When I said i want both of her suggestions but very little spicy, she said the first would not taste good without spice. She finally insisted on not taking the first because it won't be tasty when made less spicy. She can tell me once, maybe twice that she would not take it, but after a third time she should stop. I mean I got her, but still I wanted to try. At least I didn't take it because she (!!!) didn't want me to take. Not a good behaviour.
- We ordered a wine but we never got it.
- I expected one dish to be in another way than it arrived and asked whether it is maybe a wrong one (I mean that can happen, no problem). Again she got very very aggressive telling me that this is the right one and in order to show me that I am definitely (in her opinion) wrong (!) she told me to have a look at the menu to see that she's right. She felt offended and did not try to make me feel good or especially to find a solution. It was only about the fact that she is definitely right and I am definitely wrong. Really aggressive behaviour.
- after finishing the mains, they immediately put off the protection of the coats in order to show that we should leave soon (or at least this was the feeling we had because of it)
- don't they have desserts? We weren't offered anything anymore. At least, the staff were always starring at us which made us fell very unwelcome and should leave soon.
- she, the main service, didn't smile once, very impolite and aggressive way of communication ...
I can continue with little things, but at least I think the main reason why we have been very unsatisfied with the visit is clear.I mean the service should never try to fight against the customer. I've never experienced such an impolite service. Hard to show it in some examples because her whole behaviour was just really aggressive and impolite.
Although the food and especially the location itself is very good, exclusive, elegant and stylish, the visit will not be a good memory.
(At least the food is quite expensive. As we only had vegetarian dishes, it's hard to spend the normal amount of money people would spend there)
