bad taste comes with worst service

Horrible experience! Super Rude male server with no manner at all. Threw the leave safe paper on the table and super rudely shouted to us. Not busy at all but no service at all yet dare to charge 10% service. At one point, Server Dropped our food on our table with no apologies, this is Not Acceptable! Food taste very unprofessional too!
