La Kaffa (已結業)

i've been there many times but quality has gone down badly. don't try the finallysh - badly burnt (to the extent not only for fish skin but under the fish on its flesh - it's gone so hard it cannot be chewed!!!) and the chef won't improve. the same problem also for chicken sometimes and pizzas.... the taste and atmosphere is completely destroyed.
