It was a relaxing afternoon, and we are not prepared to have anything too much, so we drive around the countryside, and suddenly recalled that there was a famous restaurant in the village area near Shek Kong... We were too full for a proper meal, but go with the medium size of ice-cream - Baked Alaska , perfect taste in the perfect timing.  If we came 2 hours later, we might be able to capture the "flame" too...
