This is attractive. Simple enough, two pieces of deep fried bao with around an inch thick of matcha ice cream sandwiched in between and condensed milk drizzled. The deep fried bao was deep fried to crispy on the outside but still remained the slightly soft texture inside. Matcha ice cream would have been better if the flavor of matcha was more apparent. Hot and cold, soft and crispy, this combination never fails. Some might feel the ice cream bao is a bit on the pricey side, But once in a while
