There's the signature instagrammable scallop and salmon roe; it sure tests your ability to eat with grace with a pile of salmon roe that tumbles down with any unnecessary movements hahahhahaha

The shrimp was also super fresh. There's a cheaper version that's wrapped with shiso leaf and another prawn that $60 and it's quite a big difference in terms of texture. Def recommend going for the more expensive one, the meat is so springy bouncy tight fresh idk the correct term lmao im thinking in canto atm. Anyways, we also had some seasonal veggies which was a nice finish for the meal. It's like one vegetable will balance out my unhealthy diet
