We wanted to love this cutely adorned hipster pad. It’s all Americana, down to the potatoes imported from Idaho, with tasty Beyond Meat patties for those avoiding meat. The plump fried chicken is excellent in its buttermilk soak and blue cheese sauce (we could leave the hot sauce behind). And if your burger is non-vegan, the “scotch bap” buns are fluffy and bright.

If everyone else in TST is getting dim sum, you can find a good burger here. Just be patient.
