Finally ticking off Loop Kulture on my list of must visit cafes in Hong Kong! — One of their signature menu items! This dish is not only beautifully presented but also tastes amazing! The brioche is coated in a good amount of egg wash and pan fried nicely. The inside of the toast is super soft but not soggy at all. Loved the earl grey ice cream that came with it which was fragrant and not overly sweet. The banana had a crispy sugar coating which made it super addicting. All the elements combined make the toast sweet enough without the maple syrup, but its there if you want an extra bit of sweetness.

— Portion size of this was a bit underwhelming, the dark malt flaxseed sourdough slice was soooo tiny!! Another beautifully presented dish with fresh ingredients which were all tasty. The fig ice cream was interesting, and had a slight nuttiness to it which made the flavours more complex.
Pic 3️⃣: Smoked Salmon with Poached Egg Toast - $98 hkd 🍳
— Pretty good! More decent portion size compared to the other toast we ordered. The goat cheese ice cream wasn’t for me though, the cheese taste is super strong and overpowering but it’s a bit hard to tell whether it’s sweet or salty. 😂 Interesting but not for me.
Pic 4️⃣: Matcha Latte (Hot) - $46 hkd 🍵 (+$5 hkd for Oat/Almond Milk)
— The matcha was incredibly rich and fragrant, but some might find this slightly too strong and bitter. Latte itself was smooth and served at a good temperature.
Pic 5️⃣: Matcha Latte (Iced) - $48 hkd 🧊
— Super cute presentation! The drink was refreshing and tasty, it’s not as strong as the hot version and I love that it’s slightly sweetened to cut through the bitterness of the matcha.
