Thanks to Royal Inn in Causeway Bay for inviting me for a tasting at their restaurant. Very fancy not just with their food but as soon as you walk in with the fountain piece in the middle, and all their interior. For our starters, really enjoyed the Escargot ($118) which nicely presented, and tasted great with the garlic herb butter, mashed potatoes, chives and crispy bread.The Spanish Oysters ($49 each) looked just as impressive and very fresh and refreshing with a squish of lemon juice.Also ha

The Spanish Oysters ($49 each) looked just as impressive and very fresh and refreshing with a squish of lemon juice.
Also had their Beef Tartare ($208), which was very flavorsome, and great when mixed with the egg yolk and eaten with the bone marrow and crisp pieces.
For our mains we had their Grilled Angus Sirloin Steak 12oz ($388) cooked medium and plus Half Lobster ($128). Great bit of surf and tuft, and the juicy steak and lobster, and again top presentation.
Finally had their Grilled Salmon Hand Made Tubettini ($188). Really enjoyed the texture of the tubettini and salmon was delicious with it. The creamy pesto sauce also worked really well.
For our beverage we had a glass of their Sangaria ($88). Very colorful, refreshing and fruity.
Overall a great experience at Royal Inn with beautiful surroundings, good service and top food. Will definitely come again 8 out of 10!
