Cooked in a delicious broth that made of white wine, garlic and butter, the mussels tasted divine. When the flavourful broth was trapped inside the shells, it made the mussels tasted even juicer. Don’t waste the leftover broth, you should try soaking up the broth with some toasted bread.
2️⃣𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐊$𝟏𝟗𝟖
Well-seasoned but less moist chicken breast. The mashed potato, on the other hand, was truly impressive! Creamy, silky and buttery, I couldn’t ask for anything else.
3️⃣𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠 (𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞) 𝐇𝐊$𝟏𝟰𝟖
As I mentioned earlier, the restaurant also offers some Asian dishes such as garlic naans and fried rice. The Indonesian fired rice was in large portion, which tasted sweet and savoury thanks to its authentic sweet soy sauce (also called kecap manis in Indonesia).
4️⃣𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐊$𝟏𝟑𝟖
Coated with a thin layer of golden edges in triangular shape, their French toasts were thick and fluffy. Its rich flavour was further upgraded by vanilla ice-cream and chocolate jam. Slices of bananas, strawberries and blueberries completed the dish by giving it a refreshing and sweet kick.
