There are many restaurants in Kwuntong, some are located in factory buildings, some in the shabby areas and some in some nice areas.MGB by Manhattan is located in a prime position, close to the MTR so with a good spot you would expect them to whip up top notch or if not some above average dishes.We tried quite a few dishes and the Beef Wellington for one is what I would recommend.The pastry was baked just right and the beef inside was moist and tender.
