I am just a random foodie who loves eating and trying out new resto to fill up my own food journals. To be fair, the food is alright with proper presentation. Yet dining experience does not only take into account the flavours of the food offered, but also the way the customers are served. The disappointing customer services ruin the whole thing. If we were eating random local wonton noodles at Cha Chan Tang, then honestly we would not have any expectation on its catering services, as such thing technically is not included in the price we paid.
but this restaurant positions itself as medium-priced bar and such service standard is a definite push factor to drive diners away.
I sincerely hope the owner considers this comment and take corrective measures.
