Can already smell a strong white radish aroma when the cocktail is half done
I really like the foam , teeming with umami and prawn flavour
Remember to have a sip with loads of foam so you can have the full lo bak go experience
-HAWTHORN FOREST
A pretty strong cold brew with a hint of Hawthorn, nothing too overpowering
With a MOUTAI BULAO aftertaste to lengthen the experience

Negroni with a twist
Unaged White Miso infused Gin with dry vermouth, Yomogi Liqueur and Umami Bitters
Remember to take a bite of the oyster leave and seaweed to giv you that extra boost of umami flavour
