巴斯克起司蛋糕的皇者终于回归! 先前在@hemma.hk 休业前已经有试过他们的蛋糕, 这次再吃觉得整体质素有进步呢!! 中间部分软心, 入口很幼滑creamy, 外层保持著起司蛋糕扎实的口感( ´▽｀) 甜度适中, 不是走浓茶路线, 只是带淡淡的茶香, 反而另一件的云呢拿味很浓郁, 还可以看到蛋糕里一颗颗的云呢拿籽!! 小店座位不多, 加上蛋糕数量有限,想吃到就要早点啦！
