I am always a fan of Big Grain’s croissant. First time getting to try their ma douce’s cakes. Price has been slightly gone up since the time I had it. This earl grey dacquoise has a layer of meringue on the bottom, decadent earl grey ganache in the middle and lots of homemade earl grey mousse. 平时甚少过海，一有机会去佐敦就会去品谷佐敦分店买牛角包🥐（超好食!）仲有各类嘅特色包点。记得一开个时成日排长龙。而家湾仔都有开分店系一大喜事！
今次第一次试佢哋卖嘅ma douce蛋糕。以自家调制嘅伯爵茶叶制作蛋糕，具有独特浓郁香味，令蛋糕层次感带来深度。
底层:伯爵茶蛋白饼
夹层:伯爵茶甘纳许、伯爵茶夹心和伯爵茶慕斯
面层: 牛奶朱古力
层次感刚好，不会太多令蛋糕特显不了独特性，同时亦唔会觉得太单调。朱古力甜味唔会盖过整个伯爵茶嘅味道，甜道适中，哩个蛋糕系数月来食过最好味嘅蛋糕
