Nice ambience and new hotel! I ordered a la carte (cod fish) and it's so good! Portion is very small but the fish is very tender and of rich flavor. The view of restaurant is also decent if you're taking their window seat. If you're sitting in the centre of restaurant, you can also take a walk to the bar area (outdoor) for some fresh air. When you entered Murray hotel, you need to get to L25 and then another lift to Popinjays. Staff are very friendly and service is good. It's my first time here
