为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Best congee in the area

Smooth, velvety congee and crispy fried dough. Particularly liked the minced beef and fish congee. Did not enjoy the signature pork liver and scallop as much. I found the liver 'chunk' overwhelming (if I finished the dish I would have gone on a liver fast) and scallops in soup tend to be bland and therefore added little to the flavour of the dish. In case congee does not fill your stomach, the signature sticky rice dish (available as savoury or sweet) will surely finish the job. Noodle dishes al
